It is worn open, so there is no button line across your bust to strain or part, and nothing you have to pull straight when you stand up from a chair.

Wide in the sleeve, low at the shoulder

The seam sits down on your upper arm and the sleeve keeps its width to the cuff, so raising an arm does not take the whole shirt with it. Turn the cuff back and the sleeve stops clear of your wrist.
